Founded by Frank Gonzalez a security professional and former United States Postal Inspector and corporate executive with a Fortune 500 company, and with more than three decades of comprehensive experience in the field, the Strategic Solutions Group’s senior management team includes specialists in planning, management, human resources, finance, systems and program design.

The company has built a strong reputation in all areas of security and investigation, working closely with prominent architects, engineers, law firms, corporate security management, and law enforcement.

Our personnel comes to us with a vast amount of proven experience in their respective fields, and the Strategic Solutions Group provides comprehensive training for clients personnel as well as an ongoing in-service training to maintain a corps of observant, intelligent, and knowledgeable professionals who take pride inn their work.

Frank Gonzalez, Jr., CPP

Frank Gonzalez is a security specialist with more than thirty years of experience in systems design and implementation, development of training programs, operational management, manpower development, budget preparation and administration, establishment of procedures and controls, purchasing and contact negotiations.

Mr. Gonzalez’ professional credits include 20 years of management experience as a Postal Inspector with the United States Postal Service, where he conducted financial audits of post offices and directed criminal investigations related to shortages, mail theft and fraud, homicides, burglaries, robberies, bomb threats, and assaults. During this time, Frank initiated numerous successful loss control programs. In addition, he served as a member of a special narcotic task force, worker’s compensation fraud team leader and acted in liaison positions to other local, state and federal law enforcement agencies

Mr. Gonzalez left the Postal Inspection Service to take over the position of Vice President of Corporate Security for Liz Claiborne, Inc., where he managed all security operations for the company’s worldwide locations. In this position, was directly responsible for over 200 management, administrative, and uniformed employees, and administering a $10 million dollar annual security budget. Frank maintained a position of high visibility in the company, and during his tenure, developed innovative programs to maximize personal security, reduce property loss and inventory shrinkage.

Frank’s credentials include a Master’s Degree in Security Administration from Long Island University, and a bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from the John Jay College of Criminal Justice.

He currently serves as Adjunct Professor in Security/Criminal Justice at Passaic county Community College in Paterson, New Jersey and Marist College in the Bronx, New York.

Gonzalez, who is bilingual (Spanish/English) is an experienced public speaker and staff trainer with the ability to build and motivated a cohesive and self-directed work force. He is recognized throughout the industry as a dynamic executive with vision and proven managerial strength.

William McMullan

Bill McMullan is an investigative specialist with more than thirty years experience in international corporate research and analysis.

Mr. McMullan’s professional credits include more than 25 years of management experience as an Assistant Special Agent In Charge of the New York office of the United State Drug Enforcement Administration, where he served with distinction, and conducted investigations into drug trafficking, money laundering, intelligence gathering, coordinated law enforcement agencies, and today serves as a consultant on assets forfeiture to the United States Federal Bureau of Investigations.

Bill retired from the DEA and began to offer corporations and law firms a full range of domestic and international investigations into fraud, financial depredation, DEA compliance violations programs and is a consultant to the drug and health industry.

Mr. McMullan is an accomplished speaker/lecturer and graduate of the C.W. Post Campus of Long Island University where he received a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. He is a frequent lecturer at the training academies of the FBI, DEA, CIA, U.S Secret Service, U.S. Customs Services, the various military academies and has conducted drug investigative schools in Europe, Asia, and South America. He is recognized throughout the national and international law enforcement community as a dynamic leader with proven managerial strength.

Joseph R. Bellber

Joseph R. Bellber is a retired Police Officer, who has been a Licensed Private investigator, Security Executive for a Major Supermarket chain, and in the interim completed his Bachelors in Community Health & Human Services from St. Joseph's College in Patchogue, N.Y.  Further, he went on to complete his Masters Degree in Social Work from Adelphi University in Garden City, N.Y., and is a Certified Social Worker in New York.

Mr. Bellber is presently a Director of Satellite Services for a number of Homeless Shelters in the Bronx, and is able to utilize the knowledge he acquired by helping individuals as a Police officer, as well as his education in Social Work to assist this very needy population in the homeless sector.

Mr. Bellber has re-entered the arena of law enforcement by combining his Police experience, Private Investigation experience, and his Social Work experience to assist law firms as a Mitigation Specialist.  Mr. Bellber has proven himself to be a thorough investigator when ferreting out information from clients, kin, loved ones, systems, and agencies who may hold the key bits of information that will persuade law enforcement officials to consider a downward departure for a client.

Lastly, Mr. Bellber has joined with Strategic Solutions to add his knowledge, education, and expertise in an effort to broaden the services available by the agency.
